Hallworth stays quiet on Transfer Rumours...
With the season ending and the Transfer window re-opened the rumours are rife for all Burnden 7's clubs, but without any doubt FC Index are set to be the club with the most transfer activity and speculation in regards to possible signings.

Player-manager of FC Index has already released the following statement earlier today:

"I can confirm that i am in the early stages of discussons with 3 potential signings but i am not releasing any names until signings have been confirmed.

I can also confirm that team captain Daniel Robinson has parted company with FC Index with immediate effect and a new team captain will be selected shortley.

I can also confirm that Key Player Karl Cole will not be competing next season due to other commitments that are out of his and the clubs control."

Taking into account former skipper Danny Robinson's contract being canceled, and key-play Karl Cole not being able to commit on a consistent basis, it is expected that players will be forever being linked with the Burden 7's Division 1 side. These are some of rumours that seem to have more weight behind them:

- Anthony Dawson - A player Lee Hallworth is known to be a fan of but with Anthony already competing in the Power League on Thursday evenings it remains to be seen whether Hallworth will pursue his signature.

- Brett Ralph - Undoubtedly a quality player, however with Ralph known to be undergoing treatment for depression and various other problems it also seems that Ralph won't be donning the FC Index colours next campaign.
